2. Service Booking and Appointments

This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent surgical procedures, autoimmune conditions, skin infections, open wounds, or current use of prescription medications that affect skin sensitivity.

You agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions provided by our practitioners. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect your treatment results and could potentially lead to adverse reactions or complications. Crown Beauty cannot be held responsible for any negative outcomes resulting from non-compliance with provided instructions or failure to disclose relevant medical information.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward our staff, practitioners, and other clients at all times. We maintain a peaceful, professional environment, and any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, inappropriate, or threatening will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund and permanent ban from our premises.

However, beauty and wellness treatments are not medical procedures, and Crown Beauty practitioners are not medical doctors unless otherwise specifically stated. Some treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, or mild discomfort, which is considered normal and typically resolves within a few hours to a few days. Gift certificates and promotional vouchers must be presented at the time of booking and are subject to specific terms and conditions including expiration dates, service restrictions, and non-transferability unless otherwise stated. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no cash value. Any unused portion of a gift certificate does not carry forward and is forfeited upon expiration.
